• Jim Ed McClung President Jim Ed is a lifelong resident of Somerset, a 1970 graduate of Somerset High School, and a 1974 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Western Kentucky University, where he majored in history and government. Upon graduating from college in 1974, he entered the family business, working alongside his father and grandmother. Jim Ed is licensed in the state of Kentucky and Tennessee for both property and casualty insurance as well as life insurance and stands ready to serve you with any of your business or personal insurance needs. In his spare time, Jim Ed enjoys playing golf, traveling, and being involved in church activities. Most of all, Jim Ed and his wife, Jennifer, enjoy spending time with their two grandsons, Case and Pike.

  • Preston McClung Vice President Preston and his wife Cami have two sons, Case Jarvis and James Pike. Their family also consists of two dogs, Bentley, an Australian Labradoodle, and Bailey, a Golden-Doodle. In his spare time Preston is an avid and accomplished amateur golfer, having played in many Kentucky Opens and Kentucky State Amateurs.

    Specialization: Preston works closely with industries that face crucial insurance coverage needs and often find themselves in a distressed market; lumber and petroleum are two of those industries. His understanding of those niche markets have allowed him to help clients remain protected in tough times.
  • Jennifer McClung Treasurer Jennifer, wife of Jim Ed, is a lifelong resident of Somerset and a 1976 graduate of Pulaski County High School. Jennifer joined the agency in 1987 as a bookkeeper, which is the position she holds today. Jennifer has been involved in many civic and church activities including PTA, United Way, American Cancer Society, Project 58:10, and church mission trips. In her spare time Jennifer enjoys reading, traveling, church activities, and spending time with her family.
